OK so update recently, I saw my Taiwanese friend
tonight!! I was so happy to meet up! We went to a
bar in Chunho. I'll visit them in the winter!
Ahh the exchange rate was really good, well comparatively
good for the US, it went up to 1394 Korean Won per US Dollar
which basically gave me 30% FREE money, come on that was
much safer than the stock market right now, haha..Shopping spree!!
Smart ppl probably stockpiled some $$, naturally.
Well I could say more but its 3:13 AM here and I have a quiz
for my Chinese Politics class at 9 AM... bedtime!!
I've been tracking the credit crisis very closely, its
both fascinating and horrifying. Considering I personally
have a good chunk of $ in stocks, it makes me v e r y wary
of whats going on.
Thank goodness the US govt learned from the great depression
and instead of trying to keep a balanced budget, the gov
is pumping money in. I say better to go into more debt than
go into depression 2.0 anyday!!!!! Enough for now!!
